(the characters don't actually get turned into dolls but rather get brainwashed into believing they are) one the characters has a wind up key, also one the characters is dressed up and brainwashed into being a succubus, pet play, altered perception
so the plot is: "you"(the person reading) is a new intern in a mansion named the dollhouse (sometimes refered as the toybox)
your brain has been implanted with a microchip that blocks you from perceiving anything that happens in that mansion as weird, a mansion that only has girls inside? completely normal you've seen plenty of mansions with only girls inside, one the girls is a ballerina with a big wind up key in her back, oh it must be one those trans-humanist persons, a girl with horns and a heart shaped tail, that's just a hairband and one of those butt plug thingies you get the ideia, the other effect of the microchip is that you fell oddly compelled to obey everything the owner of the house says (you also always refer to her as mistress btw) she can also tweak your level of consciousness setting it to 1 makes you a mindless slave for her to toy around with and setting it zero makes you immediately sleep, the closer it is to 10 the more of your original personality remains intact, you also notice that the owner seems to sometimes grow a dick out of seemingly nowhere, but whatever it may just be a pink strap-on
