Kaa is definitely a contender.

Judging by the tags on the site, Kaa by a landslide. I imagine quite a bit of it is manips, so if we're only counting "original" works I imagine Hypno would be a close runner-up if not the victor.

As for the fairer sex, Raven seems to have the most on a cursory glance at the Tags list (I'm not tech savvy enough to get it to list all character tags for an easy counting so grain of salt is advised), followed by Samus, then a whole bunch of others at the 600+ post range.

Of course, it also depends on what we define as pornographic (titilating, fetish fuel or accessories to an image/scene), whether image sets count as multiple cases or not, etc.
