Title pretty much says it all.

there's the pools tab, conveniently right next to the forums tab

I know that, I mean to see a list like that, of just your (or someone else's) pools

Sadly, the new site lost the ability to search pools at all, by user or title.

Sometimes an external search engine like Google or Duckduckgo can find things like this. I believe both use "site:hypnohub.net" to search just this site, then you can try a username and the word "pool". It's not guaranteed, but worth a shot.
