I mainly focus on Japanese stuff, so I'm not super well versed in the English hypnosis community as a whole. I haven't come across any pages that catalogue English hypno-fetish specific content (if there are, please let me know). Animated hypno-fetish specific content is pretty rare in general, "animated" in this case being something more than just a short looping GIF. The majority of it that I've seen comes from "hentai" videos, which I count as hypno-fetish because they are made within a NSFW context. Sure, you'd actually have a very easy time finding hypnosis content in Western cartoons (as you saw on Mental Block), but I don't think that animation is really used all that much for Western NSFW content. Probably due in part to the stigma that animation is for kids and such... but I digress.
In terms of actual suggestions, besides Mental Block, I'd try checking the usual places fetish communities hang out: Deviantart, Rule34, etc. Tag filters will be your friend on those. Twitter might be worth checking out to find artists that do animated content. Pixiv as well. It's a primarily Japanese website but some people do post content in English. You may have trouble with the tags though.
