Right so I've been on this site for about a month now and I was wondering if anyone had the time for a free, first time commission based off the works of J.R.R Tolkien. If anyone's interested, message me and I'll provide you with the details.

If you actually want to pay for a commission, we have a few threads from resident artists <<hypnohub.net/forum/show/10387|MedriFogmatio>>, <<hypnohub.net/forum/show/15917|Clay,>> and more (PenKen occasionally posts when he's streaming and taking commissions.

Eshie, oo_sebastian_oo, KeeperOfPots and more also take commissions (at least I've commissioned the former two before!)

Making a post saying you're looking to commission someone and then asking for free art is in VERY poor taste and I would advice against it.

Don't think it's rude so much as it's a misunderstanding of terms. He'd probably seen commission used when people were getting particular things and didn't know that it involved an exhange of money

First I read Tolkein and got excited.

Then I read free.

Now I'm sad.

only just got back to this and TakyonH was right. I didn't realise there was a massive difference between request and commission. Sorry for the confusion.
