Maybe... same haircut, same face, the word "Sister", but in "Risebelt the Summoner" you can see a black cat, Hypnosister, you can see both Saam and Sister in "Yureru Manazashi".

Theories...

1- Hypnosister is the cat and Sambeel was the first victim, in "Yureru Manazashi" you can see Saambell trying to control herself .

2- Hypnosister and Saambell are different characters and she starts an adventure to save Risebelt.
