Also, this is open indefinitely. So forever. Unless I decide otherwise. I like having a collection of ideas, since I never can come up with any myself.

[I mean come on. I meant to draw a futa last night, and sketched a girl as a table. Wut? Where's the connection for THAT? XD]

* a parasite based on a bacteriophage, injecting nanites or spores into a host before moving on to the next target

* a sub manipulated like a puppet, his/her strings each being pulled by a pixie, themselves under the control of a witch/sorcerer/maybe mad scientist

* a group of hapless victims trapped within a giant black heart, the sound of its slow, steady beats agonizingly corrupting their minds (Kudos Jason Goes to Hell!)

- Three women being hypnotized with differing inductions for each of them, with them being programmed to fulfill different roles for their master (the first two would be a maid and belly dancer respectively, but I'm not sure what role the third lady would assume). Happy trance'd faces would be a plus.

- Something with a hard Sci-Fi setting. Like an astronaut comes in contact with a plant on an unknown planet and it spews a powder that turns her into a thrall for an Alien queen.

- Anything with an Egyptian setting. We need more of that shit.

A girl sitting on a bench, mindlessly eating chocolates fed to her by two chocolate-bunny girls, with signs that she will turn into chocolate as well.

I'll try to keep these fairly generic!

- A girl is hypnotised to become a nun.

- Ghosts from various time periods possessing people.

- Someone is hypnotised to believe they've from another country.

- Someone is given a dominant multiple personality.

Seconded, preferably with mummification into harem girls or MGE-style Anubis guards.

Now, here's mine. These are just processes, and can be spun whichever way you like. They're just super-effective on me. :P

-A sorceress or enchantress blowing kisses that turn into big hearts; when they successfully hit her "victims", they have heart eyes and are hopelessly in love with/devoted to her.

-Gynoid conversion in a super hero or sci-fi setting, preferably into sexy female gynoids that keep converting. Can be through nanite injections or a robotization process.

-Plant girls. Either through dunking men/women into buds soaked with nectar, or vines/tentacles that grope/insert/implant seeds. Of particular note: flower buds in place of nipples or lactating nectar from nipples or their new maidenhood drives me wild. Not sure if that's something you might run with, but I figured that it's worth mentioning.

I'm saying visually, not primarily in terms of mechanics. Something that looks like a non-microscopic version of <<upload.wikimedia.org/wiki...0px-PhageExterior.svg.png|this>>, and injects control spores into the (very human) sub :P.
