The "protect my precious" topic.
This is the topic where we talk about things we DONT want mind control fetishism to touch, and why. literally anything is fair game here.

For me, the thing i want to stay untainted by our fetishes is the game mother 3. Because goddamn i felt like there was enough bad mind control to make me lose faith in hypnofetishism

My all-male fandoms. And the Oingo Boingo Manga-verse.

...

In all seriousness though, most comedy franchises. A feeling of honest submission is just so opposed to what comedy stands for that mind control scenarios feel so out of place as to be cringeworthy when applied to them. Mind control is inherently such a morally-dark theme that the only time it "works" with comedy is when it's played purely for laughs. And then... well, it's not really that sexy anymore, is it? I mean, I have this fetish, so I can get off to your basic average hypnosis, but when someone's actively trying to make me laugh at the same time, it doesn't work so well :P

Ohhh this is the "I dare you make hypnoporn about this thing" topic? Nice.

... I once would have put Neverending Story in here, before Sleepymaid created sexy hypnostories out of it in the IRC chat.

I don't want mind control of my personal webcomic because that would just be inappropriate and unacceptable and be problematic and give the wrong impression and just be downright bad.

oh wait, I just commissioned a piece?

Oh. Well, I guess nothing is sacred, then.

Well it is up to the artist in question to make the presentation palatable to the audience. A good artist could theoretically make any experience have such an artistic impact that the work of art redeems itself. Although there is this one director I kind of wish would go to jail... Pierre Morel.

Violence (and not sadism and masochism... I mean violence that is very specifically meant to injure and kill the other party) and ye' old mc fetish don't seem to mix well. Granted there are one or two authors who have done it well on mc stories. And I love my action movies but there are four problems.

If it is violence directed at a sex slave, then you are abusing a human being; which I don't particularly like. If it is directed at an outside party, then the pool of fetish fodder gets smaller, due to incapacitation, injury and death. And if is directed at a person as a part of an induction, it makes you wonder how effective the mental aspects are if they need to hurt someone to get compliance.

Finally, it creates environmental problems, mainly violent people and violent means. Depending on the context, violent people are either very easy to mind control, or practically impossible. And if the environment contains weapons, why not use them? I don't find the consequence to be sexy, but justifying that to characters and readers requires thought.

The exceptions to this kind of prove the rule, because there is a realistic professional or psychological reason that those things happened in the stories. The characters are psychotic or have a criminal background that motivates the violence impulse. If it adds something to a story, it is generally not directly sexual in nature.

Truly, no one can say what can't be hypnotized, yes?
Every man his fetish, I wont make fun of yours if you wont make fun of mine. Of course there are ways I don't want this website to go but there will always be someone who disagrees with me. I think the question you stated does not have an answer.

Too late for that, buddy. We've gone way too far to stop now. The hypnotrain is at full speed and everyone's gonna hop aboard, whether they like it or not.

I can't think of anything that I don't want MC fetish art to exist of.

I mean, as a personal preference I don't like seeing MC art of horror games, but obviously some people do enjoy that sort of thing so I think I don't have the right to say it shouldn't exist.

Obvious exceptions to my line of reasoning would be anything blatantly illegal, which as far as I'm concerned doesn't exist either way.

I'd agree with "pure comedy series." They just don't mix well.

A lot of old cartoons had an instance of MC/Hypnosis in it. Even Spongebob Squarepants did, In the episode "Plankton!" <<dotsub.com/view/6a020b3f-5520-4671-ad51-bd0ee6f408dd|Which can be seen here if you skip to 6:00>> This is a kids show which was appealing to wider range of audiences other than kids; Teens and even adults. Sadly, today the newer episodes of spongebob are much more childish and just terrible ,_,

Aside from that, I'm talking nonsense and I have no point to re-iterate, everything im saying is completely irrelavant o.o'' I guess you could say that Hypnosis is natural through the minds of artists/animators and writers? xD
