A bug I keep having
When I go to upload, It will hit 100%, but...then not actually upload the picture. It just stays frozen on 100%. Not sure what the issue is, particularly, but, it's frustrating and annoying.
Give it a bit. It'll eventually upload.
Larger files, of course, take longer though.

I've never had the issue where it simply wouldn't upload, myself. However, there are times, specifically with large files, where the upload bar will hit 100% and then it will take a bit of time before the upload is truly complete. This is because uploading is only the first part of the posting process. The site still has to process the image that was uploaded, and that can take time for particularly large images.

I figured it out! ^-^ I just had to let it sit for about 10 Minutes.
