I love the idea of being hypnotized to have a new sexuality, going from gay to straight or visa versa- especially women changed from totally straight to totally lesbian. Do we have any art or stories explicity about this?

Sexuality change is pretty unique. As far as art goes, you might wanna search for yuri or yaoi. I've seen a lot of hypno sex transformation pics (guy to girl, girl to guy), though. I'm not sure if you'd count that.
