Where is a place I can create a request for a commission that everyone can see? This way instead of going person to person, anyone who is interested can instead find the post?

Probably here in the forum would be best. Even if just a 'hey, I"m looking for someone to commission. Post samples and prices and I'll message ya if I'm intererested' kind of thing.

You could also browse DA groups with artists that draw in styles that you prefer and see which of them are taking commissions.

We also have a tag called <<hypnohub.net/post?tags=commission_sheet|commission_sheet>> that some hub artists have uploaded to. Some may be a bit outdated but should give you a rough idea of their work and pricing as well has how to contact them.
