i wanted to make a few pokemon charecters in mmd but im having trouble (my computer cant use rar files)so i cant use 3d girl maker and would like help making the charecters id like to do

Assuming the computer is yours and yours alone, I would start out by recommending you download 7-Zip so you can handle rar files with aplomb.

i believe i used 7 zip on the mmd program the 3d girl program downloaded not as zip folder but as a program my computer could not extract/open

There are places on the internet that can help walk you through that, assuming your computer is up to spec.

Also, fwiw, I find deviantArt to be a useful resource for models, though your mileage may vary.
