Hiya.

(I'm not exactly 100% positive that I'm using the forums correctly.)

I draw stuff. And I've been working on-and-off on a new comic that's actually (at least, planned to be) quite a few pages long.

I want to upload the entire comic once its fully complete and all at once. But at the same time, I want to show off a bit. So I've found some middle ground with this (not posting on the main site and in the form of a teaser/announcement.)

The following links are the first two pages (and as far as I've gotten, by the time of this post) of this unnamed project I'm working on.

Any feedback on the art/dialogue would be very much appreciated!

(Actual hypnosis will be making its first appearance in the story in the third or fourth pages.)

And I'm sorry to admit that there won't be any gender bender in this comic.

Not everyone likes a cartoonish art style, but I love it. The casual, relaxed sort of dialogue fits it very well so far, IMO, but the real test will be on the next few pages.

As a bonus, very nice to see a KO scene serving as the prelude to hypnosis :D

Why do they all have red noses? Is the girl/guy wearing one of these funny glasses with a fake nose or is that a helm with a nose guard?

They remind me of Muppets or Over the Garden Wall

I like them.

They're weird, but they're also a lot better than the usual tumblr nose, so I don't mind it as much

A lot of people think I'm trying to draw anime, which probably helps to their distaste for my nose style.

Mabuse is correct on the idea that I'm going for western.
