So, I've been thinking this since I first read the manga but I've been surprised to see nothing of her on here.

I'm also surprised that nobody picked up on Ako "I can't believe it's not Hypno-tan" Tamaki.

That's actually the first time I've seen her, But yeah it's uncanny how much they look alike.

To be honest, that design is very basic and generic. Anyone animu character could have that design.

Mostly normal, the frizzy hair is rare because it takes a bit longer to draw which makes the mangaka get annoyed. Normally you want hair that can be repeated over and over with just 2 or 3 strokes.
