Arm Pain has returned along with stomach virus
Hey guys. I am NOT feeling too good.... AGAIN...

However I have too much work to take another break. So I'm gonna start a stream. I'm probably gonna start by playing some overwatch.

At this rate you're going to work yourself to the point of exhaustion. No one here wants you to hurt yourself, so just take a break. Yes, I know you have all those commissions. Do them when you're healthy.

14 hours a day? How many days a week you doing? If the answer is more than 4, I would seriously consider taking a few days off to let your arm get some rest. Go watch some movies or some other non arm intensive activities, and put some ice on your drawing arm to reduce any potential swelling. I've also heard apple cider vinegar is good for sore muscles, so you could try that as well.

Just be careful that you aren't over working yourself, mental stress and fatigue had been linked with compromises in the immune system, so if you're putting too much stress on your psyche, your stomache virus could get worse/persist. Even if you aren't feeling stressed, you should still consider a break, because the symptoms of overworking may not be immediately apparent.
