So, for those of you who don't know, Discord is essentially a website/program that's trying to be the new Skype/Teamspeak/et cetera. And, in my opinion, it's succeeding at that. It works for both in-browser and as a separate program (and app), so it's fairly versatile at that.

On another forum, someone suggested to me and everyone else that we create a Discord group for people to chat about hypnosis and possibly do sessions and stuff. Similar to the IRC or other chatrooms, but over on Discord. So, I did -- if you want to join in, chat, hang out, and maybe hypnotize or be hypnotized, just join the group!

EDIT: Also, when you first join, the only channel open is the SFW "General" channel. To gain access to the other channels, make sure to post your role (M/F/etc. Tist/switch/sub, like some other sites do it) so that I (or eventually another mod if there's ever another one) can add you to that role within the server and you can post in the other channels.

EDIT 2: It has come to my attention that this thread comes up as the first Google search result when looking for a hypnosis-related Discord chat. Due to an underage person finding this site/thread and joining in, I have removed the link from the post. Anybody is still welcome to join; however, you will have to DM me for the link. Apologies for the inconvenience, and I hope that there are still people interested in joining!

On the Instant Invite dialogue box, go to Advanced Settings and change it to expire after Never.

Hey, there's no need to only show up for sessions. It's a place to chat! To hang out! Don't be afraid of joining just because voice channels are an option (not the only option) and people might be (and might not be) practicing hypnosis! :P
