Hi all, just asking if anybody here is gonna be playing overwatch on the 24th? I know I will, git me a collectors edition for PC. Who knows, maybe we could add each other's battle tags. And hopefully we'll get more hypno art when it launches, eh?

I dunno, the beta was fun, but it doesn't really feel like a game worth 40 dollarydoos. It's worth maybe $20 at best.

Yep, preorder'd and what not. I generally don't preorder because its pointless but I have already played the game and know I will buy it anyway so might as well pay now.

Its a game I can jump in, play 15 minutes during a lunch break and get back to arting or animating, I know it's going to be worth every dollar with the amount of hours I ready to pour in.

I ordered it on ps4! Going to grab it on pc as well most likely!

which brings me to my next question, what platform are you guys getting it on?

PC. I liked the beta a lot but I was reluctant unless some friends got it. I also thought it was 60 but it being 40 helped clinch it for me.

Had no fun on the beta.
Blizzard seems reluctant to nerf/buff some characters.
40 is too much for the time I would spend on it.

No fun? Really? It's like a dumbed down tf2, which isn't necessarily a bad thing. It won't last as long as tf2 because of a lack of depth, but it doesn't have to, it's just fun!

Oh well, to each their own.

Tf2 had over 10 years to get that depth tho, give overwatch some time with updates and new heroes and it will get there
