Commissions are Open. However they need to be discussed in private for an accurate quote.

Commissions are priced as such:

$30 USD - Nude Base figure
$5-$15 USD for Clothing/Variants. Think a set of clothes, or a futa version, pregnant, etc.

And it is accumulative.
All commissions come shaded and colored with a simple background

I don't know the details, but it looks like you're getting a steady stream of commissions at a glance so I'd say it's working?

Regarding the chatting part, that probably has to do with your topic title. Most commission threads are relatively empty because (at least to me) it gives a vibe of 'post/read here for commission details, otherwise no talk'.
