EA conference not awful?!
Yeah. That's weird. Mass Effect is already sold to me, Battlefield 1 looks suprisingly decent, there wasn't a bunch of fluff everywhere, the indie support is nice and HOLY SHIT HOW THE FUCK DID YOU MAKE ME INTERESTED IN A FIFA GAME?!?

I'm just waiting on Square and Nintendo. Unless Square already went? I know the Kingdom Hearts 2.8 trailer is already online.

That's a good question considering sports games suck

Stole the words right outta my mouth. It's a shame that they own so many subsidiary companies that used to make great stuff- and still might if EA keeps away from them during development. (Here's to you Bioware! And a bit of Dice, I guess.)

At least they're not Ubisoft levels of bland at the moment, they know and pander well to the audience they're after. Ubisoft has no actual idea what it's doing anymore aside from "Release a new version of that game we just released." I'm hoping for some more interesting news, but not expecting it.

Honestly, most of what I do during E3 is wait for stuff from companies like Atlus who don't get the huge shows, and I'm going to have to wait a bit on that info. Oh well.

Atlus needs to get on board the PC Master Race train.

Man, since Nintendo's checked out of this year, i'm also pretty checked out of E3. Although i've always had a dim sense of when the third party conferences are. Didn't know this even happened.

I need a liveblog for Microsoft's tomorrow, occurs during work hours.

Look. I'm still uncomfortable about what Fire Emblem x Shin Megami Tensei became. I'm not sure I want to see what they might do with a Microsoft collab.

And I'm fairly neutral on the PC master race thing. I'd love if they made some good ports, after all wider market, accessibility, etc. But considering I need my PS4 to stay up to date on fighting games (since Arc System Works is way behind the PC port game) I have no real horse in that race.

If they are gonna take 60+40 dollars on everygame you buy from them at least they have to make it attractive.

Never gonna happen. Why? Atlus is a Japanese company. What form of Gaming does Japan, and Japanese gamers have no interest in? PC Gaming. Some companies will create PC versions for the west, but the quality is never guaranteed. *looks at Dark Souls*

Aside from only a handful of things, they mostly talked about things we all already new existed. I've leave most of these games as "I'll play 'em when they're cheap"

The part where they said they had multiple Star Wars games in development when not even the slightest hint as to what the where was irritating. Not even a title, logo? Nothing?

It was also my understanding that the Dark Souls series as only got PC releases as a result of western demand to which the devs where surprised. So yeah PC doesn't factor into the japanese gaming market.
