Query of posting pictures of imminant hypnosis

So I am currently plotting out an imageset of my two hypnogirls, Andi and Vi. The idea is to follow the two's separate evenings, ending with Vi about to begin hypnotizing Andi. Now having looked at the rules I'm not sure if this would be permitted on the hub. The final panel will definitely indicate that hypnosis was about to take place, but not the actual act.
I know the rules say no to pictures without hypnosis, but I wanted to check if that included where hypnosis was clearly implied as about to happen but had not yet started. Would it make a difference if that inference was at the end of a 10-12 panel (that's panels, not pages) comic? Don't want to put my foot in it and get it wrong.

As long as there's a large focus on hypnosis in the series of pics, a few can he hypno-free.
