Ok, so I would be posting this to the trac thing, but the link won't work, so this is the best I can do. So, for a while blacklists that I added wouldn't be hidden from searches at all. It would still show up on the settings page but still wouldn't be hidden. So in my infinite wisdom, I deleted the majority of earlier blacklist entries to see if it was like I ran out of blacklists, and it worked. Then I re-entered the old ones and none showed up. Then I deleted the re-pasted all the blacklists again for some reason, and now no blacklists work whatsoever. Does anyone know how to fix this? (Also, off topic, Is their a way that I can make Favorited posts not be hidden by the blacklist?)

Clear Browser cache and try again. Start with simply blacklisting 2-3 things and work from there.

Also stop posting on exhentai without artists consent. If you got the okay from them, then it is fine. Been annoyed by it for a while now.
