You dont even know what country these shortcuts refer to, like we dont know what kind of games would these two be. "Loyalty" suggested it was something like mass effect, with saves from these games enabling alternate loyalty missions for companions.

LG and AG are Lechia Gdańsk and Arka Gdynia, two football teams from trójmiasto (tri-city) that have... rather active fan bases, and not in good way.
