There's a pair of pictures I commissioned a while back; I added the character as a tag to them (Rilara Navos), and am wondering if I should be a tag there too; I commissioned the pictures, but did not draw them. Should my name be on said images as a tag, or only that of the artist (and captioner, in the case of the third image)?

Only the artist or manipper gets tagged. Commissioners and character owners don't get tags. However, if an original character only has one name (for example, "Suzy"), the creator of the character has their name added to the end of the character tag in parentheses: "suzy_(creator)".
