Looking for a second opinion on something related to Fanfiction & porn.
So, a friend of mine is doing something... interesting.
He's doing a Fan Fiction reboot of an ecchi anime. While it's a bit more serious than the original, it still maintains quite a few ecchi elements. (Perverted humor, namely). However, he had to delete it so he could re-upload better a better version (he doesn't trust the Fan Fiction.Net staff). This... might have killed the story in terms of people reading it. Sad, honestly. However - he came to me with an idea.
He plans to make a tie-in fan fiction of sorts. Specifically, a "Pornographic Yuri Parody." He brought up that sex and fanfiction go together like FIFA and Scandals - they shouldn't but they do.
Now, I'm not here to say "GO SUPPORT MY FRIEND IS FUCKING AMAZING AT EVERYTHING!!!!!11!!1" But I'm curious about the idea itself - having a fairly tame/serious story and a porn-parody of it as well. Is this a good idea? Or should he stick to what he's been doing?
