Oh my god that is adorable. Only thing I know about this sort of thing is that it's hard, so I'm certainly impressed. How difficult is it to have colour swaps, btw? If it isn't very difficult, you could probably put in an MC-Tan palette. Either way, I'm curious to see where this goes.

And personally, I would really hope to see some interactive elements.(things like - her expression change during swaying those light, or animated nipples erection in process of hypnotizing. We all love nipples hardening!) I believe it hard to do, but it will looks magnificent. Have lick and lick with your work!

Tan got some new clothes today (Thanks to Mono and Psi for drawing advice)

I also added an option to switch clothes with a tickbox (not shown). I did this with a fancy shader because I'm a nerd and I like making fancy shaders

Finally finished the rest of the hair and the all important eyebrows.

Hair was a pain in ass. Each strand is it's own image so they can be animated and each strand needs it's own sprite, normal map and material @_@. Now I can get onto the fun bits of writing and animating the various hypno effects. Starting off with showing her a hypno screen that gives her spiral eyes and spiral eyes femdom. Although I'm on holiday most of this week so see you when I get back!

Unity just uses FBX files I think. Does source take those? Of course there are no models here. Just a bunch of sprites and shaders. The shaders are written in HLSL so could just be dropped into source
