let me tell you something
having adhd, depression, and anxiety is the worst.
i dont feel like doing anything, you have to do something. and the resulting stalemate makes me fidgety and drives me nuts

Ah, I see.
Usually I try to give advice or just say what's on my mind, but I sadly got nothing in this case.
Hopefully other people here know what to say, cause I can understand how frustrating that must be, yet can never truly know what it's like myself .___.

Making sports helps both anxiety and depression, try at least to make a sport on a open area and you will see it helps.

Yes.

So much yes.

I'll literally spend like, half an hour trying to find something to do, but I can't do anything.

Eventually I'll pick something, but I'll spend like, a few minutes on something, before back to square one.

With all the stalemate, I'm tempted to make a chess joke, but I won't.

Oddly enough, I also experience this often, yet I don't think I have any related mental conditions. But then, I've never asked a doctor, so eh.

Go outside and eat more veggies. Both have been shown to increase happiness.

Dude most of the insects with stingers aren't dangerous,those are just weapons they have against other insects.

I don't go outside because I just don't like the outdoors, I feel better when I'm in my bedroom.

More for deterrence, really. They're not gonna sting you unless you provoke them, and even then, insect stings don't usually hurt too badly. Still, that doesn't stop them from being frightening.
