My opinions on the movie were that it was too fast paced,the best characters were deadshot ,el diablo and harley while others like katana and killer croc were pretty much forgotten.This joker seemed out of place for me and the villian was too much for the team making the final fight terrible. but it also got some nice scenes like deadshot rampage,harley elevator scene and flash cameo.

Overall I have to agree. Was an okay movie that was fun to watch but didn't have that good of a narrative all things considered. A great comment I heard about it was that the expectation was another subversive superhero movie like deadpool but it didn't take any risks at all.

Also I personally enjoyed Killer Croc as a character. He was just the quiet one.

This was an awesome film I'd give it an 85 with my brain turned off, 75 with my brain turned on and 65 with my brain in super nitpicky mode.

I wonder if the extended cut will actually improve this one - apparently it helped Batman vs. Superman a little (but excaberated a couple of its issues).

Suicide Squad wasn't bad per se, but it felt like all the characters were a bit poorly done.

At times, it almost felt like I was watching a transcript of a superhero-themed tabletop RPG, played by all the worst types of players who have no clue how to portray their characters.

Which was a waste considering the quantity of material they could use.
Joker doesn't appeal to me. Kind of they stripped out his essence.

I saw the movie. I don't have any knowledge on Marvel/DC universe or characters. Based on that I'd say if you don't think about it and ignore the plot-holes and just watch it for action it's.. okay? Slightly below the average of generic turn-off-brain-and-watch rating because I didn't know any of the characters and they just did a really quick summary of them.

Harley is Loyal to the comic version,Deadshot and diablo are fine. but the remaining ones lacked more of their stories and joker went against everything on his essence. the only reason this movie is saved is because the effort on part for harley,deadshot and at some degree diablo.

Haven't seen it yet, but at this point, whenever I see ads for the film I get mildly annoyed if it features the joker solely on it. I heard he's like in the movie for 12 or so minutes and is mainly part of a flashback, nothing more.

Not even being a major fan of DC, I figured I coulda liked this sorta film with the diverse cast of characters, but from everything I've heard I'll pass till its on netflix or something...

Actually Joker IS accurate.
