Do you like Tifa Lockhart?

So, after <<hypnohub.net/forum/show/30156|making a thread about Bimboification>> and <<hypnohub.net/forum/show/32907|another thread on Harems>> , I wanted to try another one of these - this time asking about a certain character instead of a certain fetish.

Now, as for me, I can't speak for her as an actual character (the Turn based final fantasies just don't do it for me), so I can only speak from a "hypnosis" stand point. From that angle, she makes for a pretty good sub, and a pretty good dom. However, I can't think of anything that stands out for her that isn't her tits (which depending on the artists, go from being nice and big to having so much blood her brain might stop work), although that'll probably change when I eventually convince myself to play FF7.

Tifa is actually a fairly solid character. Probably more fleshed out than at least half the characters in the main party. Her stand-out trait is actually the fact that she uses hand to hand combat. She does have giant tits; but the game actually does not call attention to them except for the fact that they are there most of the time.

Incidentally, there is a petition to have Tifa's breast size reduced that misses the point of what makes a good character good entirely. It's almost as though the people behind that movement have this idea that a woman is made lesser by her breasts. They reduce her to nothing but her tits and claim with a straight face that her breasts alone hold her back from being 'a good character', then accuse us gamers of being the ones objectifying women.

I mean, I guess it sorta makes sense if you think about it from the stance that having titanic Mommy zeppelins would affect her ability to fight. I'm a woman who is in the DDD cup range and I can't imagine having to run or move quickly with these things attached to my chest, let alone engage in hand-to-hand combat, even with the proper support. But then again, this is a game where characters' hairstyles defy the laws of physics and reality itself, and swords can be a mile long and still function properly, so I guess a little suspension of belief is to be expected.

Plus, people are making a fuss about Tifa's boobs when there's characters like Lulu from FFX? That whole petition thing seems really silly.

if you're strong enough to punch out a giant robot scorpion or even bigger, i'm pretty sure a massive rack is trivial to someone as strong as tifa
so yeah, the whole petition thing is wholly unnecessary

Yeah, Tifa's breasts may well be one of the least egregious example of gravity defying things in the game. I'd question first how Cloud can even lift the buster sword with his microscopic elbows. :P

Real life breasts can be pretty annoying once you get past a certain size, I've heard. Sorry you have to deal with that; hopefully they bring you fun times as well?

Lulu is a mage, which is the only reason her dress stays on. It's defiance of gravity can only be the work of black magic. (My headcanon is that she has a million belts in her dress because someone once told her that belts help keep clothes from sliding down and so she started attaching belts to her dress randomly until by pure chance it started staying on)

I went and replayed FF7 not too long ago and one of the surprises for me was "wow Tifa's tits aren't that big." Ecchi/porn artists make every woman's chest huge, but it seems like Tifa gets a significant "boost" more often than other characters. I think it comes down to costume design - the midriff plus suspenders makes them look bigger from a head-on perspective than they actually are in profile. Or maybe people do it because she's the most sexualized female in FF7's main party. If the women in the group are the <<tvtropes.org/pmwiki/pmwiki.php/Main/TheThreeFacesofEve|three faces of eve>>, then Aerith's the wife, Yuffie's the child and that kind of automatically contrasts Tifa into seductress, however unfairly.
