Help Finding a Comic Book Hypno Scene
So I've been digging around the 'net for what feels like ages looking for this panel; I'm pretty sure I originally found it on inraptured.com, but during one of that site's more recent redesigns, it seems to have fallen through the cracks.
Anyway! The panel in question is a close-up of a blonde woman, smiling; in the foreground, a small bee-woman (some kind of superhero, though I cannot remember what she's called) flies in front of her, with a blissful smile and hearts in her eyes.
Ringing any bells for anyone? Any idea where or how I might find it?

I don't remember the issue number, but it was from a series called Superman/Batman that was coming out in the mid-2000s. I specifically remember this one for being kind of disappointed by the fact that I went looking for the mind control too, but it didn't last more than a single panel. As in you've basically already seen it all and there's not much context to give.

The storyline was another "Joker get a taste of godlike power through Myxlplyx" thing, like a lesser sequel or something to Emperor Joker. The result is some cross-dimensional adventure and the scene in question was done with some Marvel Comics expies, with the bee-woman being a stand-in for Wasp and the other other one being a stand-in for The Enchantress. IIRC the Avengers references fight Superman and Batman a couple of times in the next few issues but there's no more mind control.

With the information notanotheralias had, I think I've managed to find the very panel you were looking for! vignette4.wikia.nocookie..../latest?cb=20150509171337 . The blonde woman is Godiva, and she's enchanting the heroine Hornet, of the Maximums (obvious reference to the Ultimates). Godiva also appears to be naked, which could be a plus.

The storyline runs from Superman/Batman #20 to #25, which I think are collected in Superman/Batman Volume 2, which is available on Amazon.
