Not really.

Sluttification is more about a good girl becoming perpetually horny and doing anything she can to get screwed. Any girl can be sluttified and she'll still mostly remain herself, just more... slutty. They're mostly about pleasing THEMSELVES.

Bimbofication on the other hand is more about drastic changes to one's appearance and personality. Airheadedness, breast expansion, restricted and shallow/girly interests, valley girl talk, an obsession with sex and more importantly with pleasing OTHER PEOPLE.

In regards to tagging, bimbofication is considered to mean [[bimbofication|what the wiki says it means]]. The wiki pages specifically exist so the results of any tag discussions can be easily referenced by the whole community without having to make threads like this one.
