If you're going off of Ch0wW's post about the Discord server, he just means that there's little activity on the IRC channel, so he's taking his bot down.

I'm leaving Maidshade up since her server is free. Quotes are handled by each bot; I don't know how Ch0wW stores his, but Maidshade's are all in a text file on her server. They have no connection to the IRC server since they're connected to each bot rather than the channel.

um "conspiracy" is an actual crime. it is when 2 or more people "conspire to work together to commit a crime, or in any way break federal law"

And one could take my message either way. You for example took it as me saying I wouldnt mind awake hub. I had wrote it intending that I wouldn't mind the next level of hypno hub <3.<3
