Saimin Gakuen also has Age regression and Diapers for the teacher route, but there's other stuff as well. The Anime actually did not use that specific scene. I guess it is to awkward to make it work in an hentai anime.

From what I recall, the protagonist is the school janitor who gets treated like shit from most of the staff. The school counselor, who is the protagonist of another hypno eroge by the same company, teaches him hypnosis in order to let him get back at the teachers. Pretty standard hypnosis revenge plot.
What I liked most about the game is that the sprites are highly animated, and there's some pretty nice emtpy eyes and standing at attention stuff in there.
There's even a little minigame where you touch the heroines in order to somehow hypnotize them/deepen the trance, you don't do much and it's actually kinda pontless, but you get to see them standing at attention with dazed expressions and glazed eyes, they occasionally moan and take deep breaths, and their eyes will follow the cursor. You can even access this game from the main menu in order to play around with it. Pointless, but I thought it was pretty hot.

Yeah, it pisses me off when these kinds of games either don't have empty eyes or have too little of them, that was also my problem with the Saimin Class games.

Yeah, it is the main suggestion the janitor is giving her. He then uses it in different scenarios. Haven't played it for a while but I remember at least 3-4 scenes, probably more, where she acted like a child instead of a grownup.

I think there were even scat scenes in there, so definetely not for the lighthearted.
