Websites randomly not loading
Sorry for making a weird post like this but I have nowhere else to turn to.
This problem just started today so I don't know how long it will last but the gist of it is
that I can't load any website that doesn't have the https in their addresses. This website and funimation seem to be the only exceptions for some reason.

The only sites I regularly visit that work are youtube and facebook. The actual important stuff like my school website where I turn in all my assignments refuses to load. Does anyone have a similar problem or, better yet, a solution?

I've already tried the internet options solution and searching for updates but none of them have worked.

Any help at all would be appreciated.

Ok...so after some experimenting, I realized that even certain sites that DO have https in their addresses don't work including the link crazyman gave.

I just turned wifi off of my phone and used the data to view it. First off:
what is the "one line" it tells me to copy and paste one by one? is it the regsvr32?

second. when it says one by one and press enter, does that mean to past each character one by one and press enter or just each of the regsvr32 stuff and press enter?

I should probably mention I use chrome

basically you type in regsvr32 and then the .dll file, and you do it for all of them. and the dll registering affects all of the browsers, because it changes the internet settings at their core.

alright, last update.Turns out I was resetting the wrong router. I live in a double-house so I was using the range extender. The real problem was with the main router so I reset that one and now everything is fixed. Thanks for the help crazyman, even if I didn't end up using most of it.

The downside is now I can't claim technical issues to get an extension on my assignments...
