In a horrid twist of fate, the first truly exceptional game I found, I can't find any downloads for. Welp, looks like I'm going to have to buy this one.

There's a title that doesn't beat around the bush. "HYPNOS FUCK". You hypno, and you fuck. You uhh, use magic powers to implant your Persona(?) into girls' brains to control their minds,
is what I can glean from it anyway. The game is fairly hard if you can't read Japanese, with the game requiring you to talk to the girls and giving right responses in order for you to have sufficient mind control juice to mind break them with. The mind controlling itself requires you to dominate the girl in different ways through color coded bubbles, with different combinations giving different scenes. The game also has limited days and offers different endings depending on the shit you do, which just adds to the confusion.
The scenes themselves are pretty great, being the first H-VN I've seen that actually has the girls *gasp* blink! It's also pretty much the only VN I've played where whether you came inside or not actually mattered. You also get to see the girls degrade as they lose their clothes and say different things when you repeat a scene again and again.

I've actually completed the game a while back, but I've just recently discovered it had a few expansion packs released, adding new girls with new scenes, even having different harem endings with different combinations of girls (there's no harem end for ALL of them though). Admittedly, I didn't play it again, as I didn't want to relive the nightmare, so I just downloaded a save file.

Is there any version of these games that has an English patch, or an English option?

Sadly, Visual Novels are a very niche market here in the west, and even more so with hypnosis as the plot. So there aren't many games that do have an English version or patch. The most one can do is try to use a translation tool to try to change the text, but those will most likely be inaccurate or too direct of a translation.

The only game that has a large portion of hypnosis with an English translation that I know of is Lilitales

My favorite hentai flash game developer, JSK games, who makes mosly rape/vanilla games actually made a game where you're a demon hunter and your superior gets possessed and corrupted by a demon.
