I need some help replacing a file and the ones that I have PM'd have been away or just out of contact.

If you want to actually replace the image, the only way to do that is by contacting Vanndril. He's the only one that can replace images in the database. If you're just uploading a new version, you need to be sure you make it the parent of the old version so that votes transfer when you delete it. I undeleted your first post of the Daphne pic and transfered the votes to the version LillyTank posted.
