I'm new to the forum and came by to search for games with a hypno theme (sub position)
I recently came across one named "Virtual Jessica", which was pretty close to what I searched for.

Any recommendations?

Just about anything marked Ren'Py on the could be in VN style (Because that is what Ren'Py is built for - it's scripting language derived from python for making visual novels). This is more the indie game scene, I know hypnopics also has a forum for commercial games.

A game just recently came out called Saimin Gekou that's entirely from the subs point of view. It was pretty fun, I quite enjoyed it. The game is about a pair of girls wandering a school building trying to find the one who hypnotized them, and trying to find out what's going on. It's made in RPG Maker, so you actually get to wander the school and ook for scenes and whatnot on your own, which is a nice change of pace from VNs. You're looking for a VN though, so that might not be what you're after. The scenes all play out like a VN though, the one difference is that you have to do some slight puzzle solving and looking around to get them. There's only the one ending, and only one way for the story to go, so at least you don't have to worry about what you're doing and can wander freely. The one big caveat here is that it's entirely in Japanese. So if you can't read that, then it might not be terribly appealing.

I'm not sure if it would count but Overseer over on Hypnotics Collective sorta has what you're looking for? You, the MC, is brainwashed by an organization and you gotta build up a base and take control of people all in the name of that organization. It's in RAGS player and uses manips of real people.

I added a submissive plotline to Adventure High in the last update to see if I could make it work mechanically without being a game-over. It's not very long though yet since it's a new plotline. xD
