Seriously, why doesn't Fakku have a mind control tag?

From what I (sorta) know, Fakku made itself into a paysite to view the Hentai there, and went on to "clean up" the site. Certain content such as "monster girl" content was removed, although "incest" was left up, but tagged differently (if tagged at all as such)...

Fact that it became fairly hard to find much on the site to read for free online had me walk away. Which isn't entirely me complaining about them choosing that route, but I'm definitely not happy about certain content being removed, while other questionable content was fine...

Yeah that was why I stopped using it. A lot of the stuff I'm into got purged so I saw literally no reason to use it anymore when other sites had that stuff for free.

Well the link I posted had a monster girl tag, and when I clicked it, it was respectably plenty. I think the only no-no for them is loli. Confusing thing is mind control content exists, like I said, there's a doujin there named "Mind Control Love Control", not tagged as mind control.

Thing is, you can't find the stuff they have on other sites, because they license it, it's why I'm hoping to cover new ground and find potentially undiscovered stuff.

Does fakku even have doujins under the locked content? From my understanding they have a hentai manga deal which means any officially serialized hentai manga is something they can own but doujinshi (i.e. fan work and not official serialized) based off of existing IPs are copyright infringement in Japan anyway. How would they buy rights to show porn based off of existing IPs without also having to buy the rights to say Pokemon for pokemon porn, etc. At least Exhentai makes the distinction between hentai manga and hentai doujinshi in their searching.

That's why I use Doujin moe, they have lots of stuff for free. They have all kinds of series based on existing IPs and such.

Sure it's not licensed but it's still a great place for porn of all kinds.

As far as I know, doujins aren't strictly fan work of IPs, and can extend to anything not released under a publisher, which is why I use the term even though I'm not necessarily pertaining to such things. It's also why some hentai titles are tagged "doujin" in some sites.

Doujinshi that aren't of existing IPs are still called Doujinshi and aren't license able i.e. it is impossible to buy rights to it because it's self-published. The author can't force you to take down the work because he doesn't own it and he has no legal recourse. So doujinshi, fan work or otherwise, aren't licenseable. You could of course ask the permission of the fan artist, and maybe grease their palm but it would be interesting if a fan artist tried to sue for someone hosting his already illegal artwork somewhere he doesn't want it to be posted. And if it's his original work, if hasn't formally copyrighted it himself that still doesn't give him the power to do copyright take downs.

EDIT: By extension it should be said Fakku shouldn't be able to make a copyright claim or even own a copyright for a doujinshi original manga as the original author didn't have copyright so how did Fakku buy the copyright that doesn't exist?

Couldn't Fakku become an acting publisher then? I don't know, all I know is, there's english translated hypno on Fakku that can't be found anywhere else, such as the one I posted, and I would like to find more.

Looking under the doujin tag on Fakku, there are active English publishers for doujinshi original works. So they then buy the English copyright for the doujinshi works translated by these official publishers. Which makes more sense on how Fakku puts a paywall around fan published work.

Looking under the only 3 things that pop up under searching "hypnosis" Fakku has

Oddly enough, all three of these show up as auto-completes in the search bar but when you search for them they return errors. Not even a "you must log in to see" error. It just seems like before Fakku became all stuffy and official they used to host it and then took it down because "they have to protect their image". This includes holding loli licensed mangas hostage as well. DMCAing them on other sites and never officially posting it themselves. In addition, their terrible fucking tagging system doesn't have a mind control tag or even a rape tag which I'm going to assume the majority of manga involving mind control are going to include. While they control certain hypnosis manga, they appear to have buried them so not only can I not search for most of them, the ones I can search for don't exist.

Other than that, it appears, that while Fakku may own a large number of mind control and hypnosis manga, they DCMA them and don't even pulbish them on their own site. Even if a paying member were to search I don't think there's a way to access what mind control manga they control without matching every IP they own to a raw.

It still blows my mind that they don't even have a rape tag though, mind control is almost niche enough for me to understand but full on missing the rape tag or perhaps having rape content and hiding it is incomprehensible.

I actually have found that one, I just didn't post it because it might be against site rules or something


Yeah it's weird that those were apparently removed because the one I posted was sufficiently messed up. Shame about that last one though, it REALLY interested me because of the title.
