The problem is that I'm not sure if there hypnosis-y enough. I was going to add pendulums to them, but I can't really find any good images for that. Would it be okay if I uploaded them as they are?

Eh, the first perhaps, second and third are fairly questionable tho.

I'd definitely do some heavier manipulation and a text-add before doing anything with these.

Just give them empty eyes and you'll be fine. It's pretty simple.

Basically this, I would empty out the eyes and then they should be pretty good to go, adding text would be a plus as well

One is probably good flat-out, i'd say. Two and three need something extra.

Just make sure to add a color gradient to the "emptiness".
There's a rule against solid-color-empty-eye manips.
