Is there some way to block user icons? Because there's one that's really, REALLY, bothering me...

I don't think there is. I've kind of wanted to block a few icons in the past but I haven't been able to find any way to do so. Which one is it that is bothering you exactly?

I think I know which one you mean and yeah I feel the same but I doubt there's a way to do it.

It's why the guidelines say

Be mindful of your avatar choice, as they are not protected by blacklists. Please respect other members on the site and avoid avatars that show often blacklisted tags.

So even if it's not super bad if it's something that the vast majority of users likely have black listed it's probably better to not use it.

My guess is the offending avatar is from one of the "political" images.
