I'm talking about those things that very little people know about, things that are underrated or unseen.

One of my personal favorites is the Unending BE on Bearchive, a sort of interactive branching story thing, which is full of great stories that offer alot of different TF or Hypno content.

Other than the last two, I happily own all the (current) original volumes of each series.

So in 2004 I got exposed to UFO Princess Valkyrie (licensed as UFO Ultramaiden Valkyrie). The show is admittedly a shit on toast harem show, but the main girl a chibi is cute af and Season 2 actually has some meat to it, but the reason I mention it here is for one reason: A gun that turns humans into catgirl maids.

Granted, their side episodes were better than most of the actual plot, but catgirl maid gun!

I remember that show I only watchted a few episodes and kind of forgot about it. It seemed meh.

I am really surprised that's not on the hub in some form.

This is the only thing I've been able to find for this show. The English dub of the original Dangaioh does not seem to exist anywhere on the internet except for these 20 short clips from this video.

From what I've been able to gather, the reason for this is because it's actually a South-East Asia English dub, not something like an American dub that would likely be more common. I've tried messaging the uploader multiple times over the years, but I've never gotten a response back.

As you can see from these clips, the dub is HILARIOUSLY BAD, and I want to see it in it's entirety. I don't even care about the show itself (else I could easily watch it in Japanese with subs), I just want to see more of this gloriously terrible dub.

But alas, it seems to be impossible to find anywhere :(

Hmm, not sure if this is the right place for this, or how well people know Something Awful here, but I can't recommend Monstergeddon enough to people.

It's a parody forum where the members are fictional monster characters, with the forum being mostly centered around an annual competition where the monster community comes together to see who can kill the most humans or kill them in the most creative ways. As with any forum on the Internet however, there is plenty of petty drama to be had, and whether it's Howard the Werewolf's dickish attitude toward everyone, monsters debating whether a human serial killer should be allowed to compete in the competition, Downworlders complaining (unintelligibly) about being called 'sewer mutants', or The Horde sending unsolicited mind-controlling slugs to the other users, it's always hilarious and perfectly emulates an authentic forum atmosphere while also being a treat for horror and monster fans. Sadly, Monstergeddon hasn't updated since 2014 and is most likely dead and buried (ha), but thankfully the old segments can still be read here:

REC was a Spanish movie that the American movie Quarantine was a remake of, yeah. But IIRC there was some anime called REC as well. I haven't seen it so I don't know what if any mind control there might have been in it.

Anyway, as for your secret series I'm going to take an out of left field guess and say it's Dino Riders.
