Again, in Dishonored 2, because the writers are probably lurking in this very hub somewhere, there's a witch in the Royal Conservatory who fits the bill.
Context for those unfamiliar with witch magic in the Dishonoredverse: In the Dishonoredverse, witches, or at least Delilah's Coven, channel their most powerful magics through art. Delilah, for instance, affects the fabric of reality with paintings. Also worth noting that Breanna Ashworth is Delilah's closest lieutennant.
Once you're inside the Conservatory, nice and stealthy like so the witches involved aren't alerted, lurk near the Oraculum for a bit. At some point, a pair of witches will start a conversation. Witch A express a desire to keep one of Breanna Ashworth's sculptures in her quarters. Witch B tries to warn her off, explaining that unlike Delilah's paintings, Breanna's sculptures affect the mind. Witch A, undeterred, responds "Isn't that part of the thrill?".
And in general, the witches are perfectly aware of you when you possess them, but they don't particularly seem to mind, deterred only by the fact that as soon as you pop out, you're going to either choke them out or stick a knife in their back.
