Trance at a concert?
Soo fun question.
Are you lile me and find something really compelling about being at an edm concert with spinning graphics behind an artist playing overwhelmingly powerful beats while commanding you to jump and scream?

Talk about it. Or other seemingly normal moments that you find easy to lose yourself in ^^

Sounds like it might be more a case of Flow or Hyperfocus then trance

I'm pretty familiar with the cond being very ADHD. I get it all the time when coding, drawing or practicing circus skills. It feels similar to a trance to me

I wouldn't call mob mentality similar to trance in any way

I'm pretty familiar with Hyper Focus cause I also have ADHD and yeah this sounds a bit like that. Falling into it is pretty trance like.

I once did a planetarium light show synced up to Pink Floyd's Dark Side of the Moon. At a planetarium the seats are positioned so you're all but lying starring at the ceiling. The music filled the theatre and the lightshow was a bunch of fractals and sweeping graphics. One song was like a tunnel rushing forward and then at the drop of the song it started swooping backwards.

I tranced out so dang hard that day it is not even funny.

Highly recommended experience if you can find a place.

Actually makes me recall my first kind of trance experience. I was in elementary school and they had a laser light show. I zoned out pretty deep.

I agree, it's not boring at all, and you want to come back again and again with all your friends

OH OH OH!! I JUST REMEMBERED SOMETHING! THANKS!

So, I just remembered that my elementary school had a lesson for relaxation. Actually, everybody lays down, looks up and listens to a story the teacher read for us. So, we *learned* to trance practically. Damn that was helpful! And awesome.

EDIT: I always zoned out, drooled all over the place and never remembered what happened during it when we left.

Me, Keeps and Psi were at a planetarium together just this week. We talked a bit about how it'd make a good hypno-screen and how we wished that Eri was there to test that

Then I feel asleep like 5 minutes in

I blame Keeps and Psi's snoring keeping me up
