Found an audio file, had to share

Quick (jk long) story, tldr included
I was browning Reddit on r/girlscontrolled and stumbled on www.warpmymind.com. I never had a successful trance before but because I was there I browsed for the most popular free file. Side note, I always thought hypnosis audio/video files were just roleplay and i could never get into them because of how self aware I was. Although this file (www.warpmymind.com/index....n=GetFile&file_id=202) came out in 2004 it has three times as many reviews as the second place file (plus it was free). After making an account and downloading it as someone who has never been into audio hypnosis (unless lewd drawings count) you may have guessed my experience at first was abysmal. Because of my fetish I had trouble getting my heart rate down no matter how many deep breaths I did as well as having itches on my eyebrow, back, knee, etc. that require scratching and thus breaking imersion. After readjusting for at least 7 minutes I restarted and tried again. The heart rate was still a problem but this doesn't matter because during the *relax* half of the clip there is constant white noise in the background. But halfway through the audio for the white noise switched for the *trance* portion of the clip. This audio change froze me or more accurately made me freeze my self. Although despite my best efforts and desire the *commands* never worked on me. Still the feeling of being *frozen* and *tranced* despite barley being in a relaxed state was absolutely worth it (This is someone who is way more dom than sub btw). Final advice listen from the beginning and follow along even if it seems repetitive and silly.
Tldr: audio file made me feel trapped and commanded despite being barley relaxed.
