Advice for my OC's wardrobe?
Hey, so, as I've mentioned before, I'm in the process of creating an OC, and I've pretty much got everything about her appearance sorted out... except for one crucial detail that I'm drawing huge blanks on and I think I need some serious help with: her clothes.
Now originally I planned on designing her entirely by myself, but considering her wardrobe is going to be such an important part of her design and I'm clearly out of my league here, I decided to ask for help.
For context, lemme just give a brief synopsis of my character:
Queen Lindabelle of Luria.
The general premise is that she's a sort of goddess-queen along the lines of Palutena or a human Princess Celestia, with extensive magical powers including a large mastery of mind control. But the twist is that despite having the kinds of powers any dom would love to have, she's actually an incredibly submissive and masochistic individual who enjoys using her powers to let her live out her perverted fantasies. Kind of a blurring of the lines between femdom and femsub.
Examples:
* Orchestrating her own coup by filling her peoples' heads with ridiculous grievances of her "hoarding her beauty" so she can be publicly gangfucked by an angry mob.
* Establishing diplomatic relations under false pretenses with the government of an alternate dimension where women are slaves, telling them she's a man, inviting them to dinner, then brainwashing her butler into posing as the king they think she is while she poses as his sex slave to be the sexual entertainment at her own dinner party.
* Breaking into a peasant bachelor's house wearing nothing but an apron, and then when he gets home gently compelling him into believing she's his loving and demure housewife, ready to tend to his every need after a long day of work.
* Turning every animal in the entire kingdom humanoid and sentient and then mass-hypnotizing the kingdom into switching roles with them for a month.
I think that should give you an idea of the sort of character I'm going for and what situations she'll be in. Basically I want her to dress in such a way that looks regal/divine, as befitting an elegant and voluptuous woman, but also suits her tendency to get naked. A lot.
One element I'm set on is that she wears a white dress where the top part looks like the top part of this:

Specifically the fabric run through the metal loop. Except instead it goes through the small loop of this golden collar:

The idea is that it looks regal and elegant when intact, but when she's naked it doubles as a slave collar.
Another feature is that, in the fabric that lies between her breasts, there are these golden chains with red and blue jewelry beaded through them. They look like they're just there for decoration, but their actual purpose is so that whenever she decides she wants her clothes to be destroyed, there are these two really good handles right between her breasts anyone can just pull apart to utterly shred the fabric.
The thing is, I'm drawing a blank as to literally everything else about her outfit. The rest of that dress I gave a picture of is a bit too plain for a goddess-queen, but I also don't want to go with anything so ornate or poofy that it conceals her figure, which she wants to show off at all times (she never wears a bra, for instance, so her nipples will be clearly sticking up through the top of her dress there). Nothing so outrageously sexy that it no longer looks like a queen could wear it though.
Ideally I'd like to have the whole outfit be like that gold collar; full of jewelry that looks regal, dignified and luxurious in one context but looks sexy and degrading when the rest of her outfit's gone. Or alternatively looks regal and luxurious but actually serves to make it more sexily fragile, like the chain handles. But I'm sort of drawing blanks as to additional ways to continue that theme.
