did i miss something in the rules?

you need to unblacklist it.
It's auto blacklisted, along with shota and death.

How do I go about doing that?

Go to My Account, Open Settings, Remove or add tags as you see fit.

... Or, in the sidebar, click "Hidden Posts" and then click the blacklist items you want to view. They'll temporarily get shown.

You can also click the prohibition-sign next to said blacklist item to permanently unblacklist it.
