So I happened across the Twitter post that shows a video of what looks like a video game where you toy with a girl using sliders to alter her hypnotic state.

The character is Daiyousei from Touhou, and the video is just an animation the person posted on their Twitter. So no, unfortunately this isn't a game.

Still, that was a good animation. :)
