I've been married for nine years, and my husband's known about my hypnosis fetish as far back as when we were dating. Ok the title made me think you were asking fun facts about us or something, change the title to something like "Anyone married?" Or just "Does your significant other know about your fetish?" If you don't want to use the 1st or 2nd one, think of another one, but please change it as (I believe) it's against the rules for unclear/clickbait titles.
