Change the title to be more clear.

Threads must have titles that some way express the topic of the thread. No vague clickbait titles.

Because there's no point in the mod doing it. What's the point of having rules if users can disregard them and simply have the mods comb through everything and change anything they screw up? =P

Better? Sorry, was a little early for me when I posted it and just kinda decided to do it on the spur of the moment, didn't mean to break any rules.
