Help posting a picture

Guys I accidentally screwed up trying to post a picture and now can't delete it or upload it right. It's post #62336 what should I do???

Yeah I accidentally uploaded it without tags. So I thought, 'oops' and deleted it. Now it's stuck in some kind of permanent delete loop and I can't upload the picture cause it says it's already here?

In the future, if you forget to add tags to an image when uploading just click on the "Edit" button underneath the image and you'll be able to add/change the tags.
