How are you all doing on this or any day? I would like to request the help of this community to make a list of characters from any anime that are noted specifically for their association with anything hypnosis or MC oriented.

To be specific I am asking a list of characters with that have been hypnosis or MC oriented qualities attributed to them for one reason or another whether it's because of how easily the succumb to such influences or because it is their main or only ability or skill focus.

So they have to be known for being hypnotized or MC'd or be known for doing that a lot to others.

Examples of the latter category (dom):

I'll list the ones I'm particularly familiar with and fond of. I'm going to avoid the 'low-hanging fruit' characters that are obvious beyond belief. Like Pokemon's Hypno, and Malamar as mind controllers and Nurse Joy, Officer Jenny, etc as the enthralled. They're beyond obvious and everywhere.

Also, Sailor Moon. The villains all dabble in some form of mind control or brainwashing just by the very nature of creating monsters, gaining allies and messing with the Sailor Scouts. Likewise almost all the Sailor Scouts have been controlled at least once. Special mention to Chibi Usa who was brainwashed and corrupted into the Wicked Lady.

Also, in regards to YGO, just about every major female character from each series has been hypnotized, brainwashed, corrupted or puppeteer'd at least once in a major way.

So Anzu, Mai Valentine, Asuka Tenjoin, Aki Izayoi, Carly, Rin, Kotori Mizuki, Yuzu, Celina, Rin and Ruri of each of their respective series have all been majorly mind controlled.

In terms of actual characters who wield real mind control powers and it's a major characteristic for them...

YGO (General): Malik, Takuma Saiou, Divine, The Dark Signers, The Seven Barian Emperors (particularly Vector), and The Doktor are all major mind controllers.

Bleach: Aizen Sosuke, Giselle Gewelle, PePe Waccabrada, and Zomari Leroux.

Naruto: Itachi Uchiha, Sasuke Uchiha, and Kakashi (kinda sorta). Kabuto Yakushi kinda fits since he basically had a zombie slave army so, you can throw him in too.

Nanatsu no Taizai (Seven Deadly Sins): Gowther, Zeldris, and Ludoshel.

Dragonball (general): Towa and the Time Breakers. Brainwashing and demonic corruption.

Jojo (Series): Dio Brando... Overt mind control with his fleshbuds but also just extremely charismatic.

Danganronpa (series/anime): Junko Enoshima, and Monaca Towa

Cardfight Vanguard: Reverse Takuto and... Well the entire "Reverse" phenomenon is a worldwide threat where the characters had to fight their mind controlled friends who get brainwashed and corrupted into servants of the invaders called Link Joker... Almost everyone I think ended up "Reversed" at one point so...

Digimon: Devimon, Miotismon, the Digimon Emperor, and a bunch of others that are just too many to count.

Final Fantasy VII/AC: Sephiroth

Sonic the Hedgehog: Dr. Eggman

Resident Evil: Albert Wesker, Alex Wesker, Osmund Saddler, and Eveline.

Just... I think that's about my limit. I'm sure I could come up with more but I think that's a good start.

More like every Yugioh main girls lul (and sides too if they have spares, like that cat girl Cathy in ZEXAL for example)

There's also Hitoshi Shinsou from My Hero Academia. His main gimmick is that he has the power of mind control activated by speech. He can basically "charge" anything he says with his power such that if anyone responds to what he says, they go into a trance. Because of this he's typecast as a supervillain despite wanting more than anything to be a superhero, and his main conflict is that the path to villainy is basically handed to him on a silver platter while the path to heroism is stacked ridiculously against him because there's a huge bias in favor of flashier physical powers and he failed the entrance exam because it was about smashing robots.

...Of course that doesn't stop him being used in hentai as interchangeable rapey mind control guy #3097.
